As a global provider of clean energy solutions in sub-Saharan Africa, Solar Sister is helping to advance sustainable development and improve lives in the communities where our Solar Sister Entrepreneurs live and work. As of this year, our entrepreneurs have brought clean energy products to over 4.3 million people. Through our network of 10,000 Solar Sister Entrepreneurs, we have changed how clean energy is accessed in rural and underserved areas.
Thanks to the hard work and dedication of our entrepreneurial network of empowered women, we have made a lasting impact on the lives of our communities and our planet. By empowering women with access to clean energy products, we enable them to become economic agents of change in their own communities.
Not only does utilizing clean energy solutions provide the means to improve the quality of life in the most remote corners of the planet, but it also helps to protect the environment and reduce the risk of climate change.
