Greetings from Arusha, Tanzania! We’re thrilled to be at our annual staff retreat, reflecting on our achievements and setting the course for the upcoming year. Team members from Nigeria, Kenya, and Tanzania are gathered to discuss their work, assess its influence on entrepreneurs and communities, and devise strategies to extend Solar Sister’s reach even further to empower women to reach the last mile with clean, affordable energy.
With its stunning natural beauty, our location in Arusha, with a view of Mt. Meru, sets the stage for a productive and engaging retreat.
